We are so excited to be able to celebrate our special wedding weekend in Tulum, Mexico with you all! Our wedding will be held on Saturday 12th April, 2025 but we would love for you to join us from the 10th – 14th April, 2025 so that you can have a little vacation and enjoy the beauty of Mexico with us.
We have reserved a Group Room Block at Hilton Tulum, and our Destination Wedding Consultant Elisa Clarke from Adriana Weddings will be assisting all of our guests in reserving their rooms at the hotel for our wedding.

Trip Payment Schedule
Reservations may be made or modified by the guests online at the Group Block link established by Hilton Tulum. Reservations must be made on or before the Cut-Off Date specified below.
All guests will be required to pay a 1 night deposit when booking. This non-refundable 1st deposit will need be made by August 31st 2024 and then the final balance will need to be paid off before March 1st 2025.
Confirmation of rooms after the Cut-Off Date will only be accepted based on the availability of contracted room type(s) and at the Resort’s prevailing rates. Please contact Elisa at info@adrianaweddings.com if you have any questions.

✓ Guest Room Rates will be Paid by Individuals before check-in
✓ Incidental charges will be paid by Individuals, in which case these charges must be paid in full prior to the guest’s departure, with individual credit being established upon check-in.
INDIVIDUAL GUEST DEPOSITS
To confirm a room within the Group Room Block, the room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest, along with a first night’s deposit, which is non-refundable. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.

There is a 3-night minimum for this group block.
The discounted group rate will be offered three (3) days before and three (3) days after the program dates, based on availability. The hotel cannot guarantee availability for pre and post room night requests.

Rates are quoted per person, per night in US dollars on our All-Inclusive concept and include all applicable taxes and gratuities. (16% Federal Tax, 5% Occupancy Tax, and $4.17/room/night Sanitation Fee & 10% Resort Fee).
Maximum capacity in the room is 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old) OR 3 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years old). Quad occupancy is not permitted.
Children Policy:
▪ Children 0-4 are free
▪ Ages 5-12 years old: Rate of $60.00 USD per child per night
▪ Ages 13 and older: Adult Pricing per person per night.

Can my roommate(s) pay for their portion of the room on a separate card or does it have to be all on one card?
Please use one credit card for the reservation.
Can I make more than one payment?
All guests will be required to pay a 1 night deposit when booking. This 1st deposit will need be made August 31st 2024 and then the final balance to be paid off before March 1st 2025.
Can I add someone else to my room after I’ve made my reservation?
If you would like to add someone to the room, please check the maximum occupancy for the room that you have chosen first to see if this would be possible. Please note that 4 people are allowed in the chosen room categories (Nature View Rooms), not 4 adults.
Would we be able to book rooms next to each other?
Adriana Weddings can put in a request for you, but please note that room placement is subject to availability, so the hotel will not be able to guarantee the exact placement.
Do I need to take electrical converters?
The standard voltage is 127 V at a frequency of 60 Hz. Yes, you will need a power plug travel adapter for sockets type A in Mexico.
