CONFIRM THE WEDDING DATE
If you are in love with our style and would love to work with our team, then please check out our enquiry form or send us an email so that we can meet you. Once we receive this information or email, we will then respond with a few questions for us to better hone in on your style and wish list for your destination wedding. After this, we will then set up a little zoom call to introduce ourselves and chat more about your vision and how we can assist.
OUR PROPOSAL

Once we receive this information or email, we will then respond with a few questions for us to better hone in on your style and wish list for your destination wedding. After this, we will then set up a little zoom call to introduce ourselves and chat more about your vision and how we can assist.
SEALING THE DEAL
If you are happy with everything and would like to move forward with our company, then we will send our Contract for your review and signature. We will put together a Budget Breakdown and will also share a little document with the essential details that we will be discussing throughout the wedding planning process from start to finish.
VENUE SELECTION
This step is one of the most intricate in the wedding planning process and generally takes the most time. Through our expansive network of wedding venues, we will sort through and assess which option(s) would best suit you and your loved ones based on your wish list and desires. We are here to help you navigate the amazing options and see which one would best suit your style, vision and budget. We will then get in touch with the venues and arrange personalised site visits to be done (especially if we do not know the space) either via zoom or in person so that we can get a feel for the spaces and ensure that we hone in on the best spaces for you. We will then put together the pricing from the venues so that you can compare and see what would be possible.
IDEATION TIME
We will then organise another consultation and send you our Design Questionnaire to begin the design process for the various events that you would like to have. We will go through your colour scheme, inspiration pictures, Pinterest board(s), etc. and create a bespoke Mood Board based on your absolute must have’s for your special day. We will brainstorm with you and ensure that you include ideas that light you up!
VENDOR LOVE
This part is essential to the process, because this is when we will get in touch with our close connections in the destination wedding space from around the world who we know you will absolutely LOVE. We will put together wedding professional recommendations for each category based on your budget, style and interests and will then send you a full document with their pricing so that you can review and select your preferred options. Once this has been completed, we will then contact and book your wedding team and bring the vision to life!
TIME TO PLAN
The wedding venue has been selected, the wedding team has been chosen and we are good to go! Now it’s time to sit back, relax and let our team get to work on planning your dream destination wedding. We will draft the wedding weekend schedule, put together fun activities for you and your guests for the week or weekend and ensure that you are all taken care and ready to have some fun!
WEDDING WEEK
Your special wedding weekend is finally here! Our team will be flying in a few days in advance to meet and greet your family and friends. We will also be there to liaise with the venue and ensure that everything is in place for your special day. You can count on us for any and everything. We will be there to assist in any way. Just make sure to put on your swimsuit, grab a cocktail and get ready…because you are in for the best weekend of your life love!
