Based out of Trinidad, Nikki Hilaire-Roach is a full-service event planner that has successfully grown Weddings with Flair over the past ten years. Nikki began her career in event planning over ten years ago whilst working in the Advertising industry. She has since planned and coordinated celebrations for many couples and written several articles for local newspaper and magazines. Today, Nikki and her amazing team are best known for their exquisite attention to details. Her bubbly personality helps her clients relax as she helps them make their dreams come true. Her experience is capable of planning and coordinating parties of two to parties for thousands. Nikki is a certified wedding consultant with the Association of Bridal Consultants, a Certified Sandals Weddingmoons Specialist. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Nikki and her team handled the decor for my wedding in Tobago in August 2016, and they are phenomenal! I am a stickler for details and was unmovable in my desire to have an all white wedding. Nikki was always where she said she would be when she said she’d be there; she was friendly and easy to work with, and she is just a genuine pleasure to work with.
Just as I was getting overwhelmed the day before the wedding, Nikki came back to the venue after she’d already been there all day for pre-set up and took over coordinating the other vendors so that their set up didn’t impact the vision I had for the day. We adjusted our numbers at the last minute and so she changed the order for the number of chairs and sat me down to go through the reduced invoice! It didn’t matter that it wasn’t a lot of money; she was just set on being open and clear about the charges. She listened, gave us great advice, and was an excellent source of support, especially since we had a destination wedding. She really went above and beyond, and helped my husband, parents and I to feel at ease about the flow and decor of our day. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat for any other event I had, and highly recommend her. She is exceptional!
