Today’s Cancun wedding is even dreamier than you can imagine – the beautiful backdrop, the classic lace wedding dress, and the most unique and FUNNY cake topper that we have ever seen, it’s as though this couple just had the perfect mindset when it came to planning their dream destination wedding.
The couple decided to throw the event at one of the most stunning resorts in Cancun – Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and you know by this alone that the images taken by Quetzal Wedding Photo are going to be exquisite. So keep scrolling lovebirds, because you are in for some fun!

Hyatt Ziva Cancun Weddings are always gorgeous!! The venue is absolutely exquisite! From the beautiful gazebo to the pristine view of the Caribbean Sea to the amazing light house settled on top of the jagged rocks, it is a photographer’s dream come true. When you add a coordinator that pays attention to every detail and a couple that is so in love, they are down for anything, it makes the perfect recipe for wedding success!
Megan and Zach met back in 2007 and worked together for about a year before they started dating. They dove right in by taking a trip to New Zealand together and tested out their relationship. The trip ended up being the perfect way for them to get to know each other better and they realized that they enjoyed many of the same things: most importantly being together.
From then on, they remained together, learning more and loving each other more each day. There was no rush for them to marry because they knew they were perfect for each other. Finally, after 9 years of being together, they decided to officially commit and join families at a destination wedding in Mexico.
They brought their closest friends and family to witness their ceremony and celebrate with them. It was refreshing to see such a happy couple who weren’t stressed about any of the little things. They know the only thing that matters is the love between each other! Their vibe was completely contagious as everyone in attendance was just as happy as them. We wish Megan and Zach many, many years of happiness, laughter, and blessings!
