Ah, yet another dreamy Wedding Wednesday has arrived, and the weather is oh so sweet here in Trinidad & Tobago. This week has been such a whirlwind for our little team, as we have finally confirmed our flight schedule for 2018 (it’s soooo good guys), sealed the deal on two AMAZING projects that we will be mentioning soon (but not yet!), and begun editing the content for our second issue of ADRIANA. So, if you’re a destination wedding professional who would like to showcase their luxury brand for thousands of readers and couples in search of their dream wedding team, then shoot us an email at [email protected] for further details.

Today, we have a precious new La Romana wedding that is so simple and elegant. It’s jam packed with bridesmaid dress, laced up wedding dress and venue inspiration that you are going to want to see. Enjoy it lovebirds, and leave a comment below to show some this gorgeous feature some love!

FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER:

I met Ryan and Ann over a year ago when I did a fun little couples session for them. Fast forward to the summer and I received an email from Ann asking if I could do a destination wedding. Naturally, I was a bit excited at the chance of traveling for a wedding, and even more giddy when she told me they would be wed in the Dominican Republic.

This beautiful country is on a long list of places I had yet to visit. Despite being a destination wedding so close to Christmas, over 50 friends and family attended their wedding at an all-inclusive resort in Bayahibe. The weather was perfect and the wedding party had a blast celebrating in the days leading up to the wedding. Ann, a nutritionist and incredibly fit bride (and self proclaimed “awkward in front of the camera” person), stunned me in her lace up gown and flowing train. Her mid-back veil added a touch of elegance and made for a fun accessory to play with. She was absolutely glowing in subtle makeup with perfectly highlighted cheeks.

The subtle color of the bridesmaids gowns did not compete with the gorgeous colors of the resort or the beach. Ryan and his guys kept it simple with dark blue pants and white button up shirts, perfect for a humid wedding day.

The intimate ceremony was graced by a pink and orange sunset, and the occasional tourist sneaking a peek. Guests enjoyed a champagne toast immediately following the ceremony and a delicious dinner under the stars of the beach.
